Battlefield 5

SHitty load times was BF4's death knell. I would not play BF4 because of it and stayed with BF3. I also dont like the bleed out scenario. Just get me back to the game........

The environment is so friggin busy with contrasting colors and lighting details that its going to become ........ just like BF1........a sniper paradise and little fun for everyone else.

I'll play it some more, but I'll likely be asking for a refund.

Alos, I apologize for the video quality, I never used Geforce experience to record, and dont know how to upload, or compress video.

I'm sure it's been said but I would still throw down $100 on a frostbite remake of 1942 and Vietnam. El Alamein still has to be my favorite map.

The graphics are stunning. I cant believe how much more real it looks compared to BF1.

Biker, you have a 1080ti?

I will not jump right into it, until couple of months to see what the players say about it :)

Same here. I never even played BF1...from the reviews and videos of the gameplay it looked like a fn mess and from what i've seen so far BFV doesn't look promising. Besides, I can play BF4 for many years to come as long with a fun group like this.

BF1 had a lot of problems. From gunplay, to vehicles. It's never been a question of sound design or visuals as those are amazing as always. Like the vehicle spawn system in BF1 is horrendous, even if it might be 'more fair' than the systems in 4, or 3. Or the administrative tools, which essentially leave server owners no way to deal with cheaters, or customize their servers.

Yes this absolutely ^^^^ they don’t care because they really don’t want to build a sustaining community. They want it to die so players buy the next franchise game. So cutting admin tools and mods is a way to create short lived game.

The players make the game something special, look at all he flaws in BF4 and yet we gather around the BF4 campfire because we have a comradely of sorts and competition. I can go on BF1 and play and you know what it’s really not that bad of a game but what’s missing are the regulars, that’s what makes a game that’s full of flaws and cheats something really good. I think we would have just as good of a time in BF5 if we were all there and playing as we would in BF4 because it’s the people that make it worth while and we overlook the flaws

Sad but true!

Very good point. If this clan and our other regulars were playing BF1 I'd probably deal with the other problems and just play through it. Every time I've played BF1 it felt like a solo mission with others playing around me. That gets old fast.

I was really looking forward to the star wars shooters from them but the first one was just terrible.

4 more years of not having to buy a new video card.... cheers to that.... !!!

Some thought...many video cards that were released 4 years prior to the launch of BF4 easily ran the game. So, in reality you could have a total of anywhere from 8-12 years without having to upgrade the card. Imagine the dust bunnies. lol
