Ok, got the parts in my cart on Newegg and ready to hit the pay button. Bad, are you doing OC on your rig? Dont feel comfortable doing this, but I guess I can duplicate your setup.

Cpu is good and your 1070 is still great
let me check the motherboard if there is xps profile ( use that )
i have somewhere notepad for oc and picture
on Mobo ASUS M5A78L-M LX Plus , i don't see that soppurt 8350 but other .

Bad, I think there is a problem with this board. I went back to replace the two 1888mhz sticks with an older ADATA 1333mhz sticks (4gig each). Only 4 gig was still available and the ram speed in the Task Manager showed 1600mhz. Should have shown 1333mhz.
I do have another same board here. Might reinstall it to see what happens.

the motherboard you have is only supports is

but i dont see any 8350 on that .
i don't know how can it running that moBo and cpu work .
did you change new moBo ?

OS is Windows 64 bit
Maybe the FX 8350 I have is the culpret. I had a 6 core before CPU before and when I installed this 8 core CPU I saw a marked improvement.
