Changing game modes kills the server

Yesterday 4/14 Friedshrimpy came to the Golmud Server looking for some help with a troll on the HC Server. I left Golmud to help him address the problem but with the wet heavy snow it must have taken down a Comcast Line some where,so I wasn't much help. Seniors there seems to be a great demand for more moderators on the HC Server as it is very often left none policed. We have several moderators on the Golmud Sever but the HC Server is left basically none policed. So I think the three of you should have a pow-wow and help the poor guys on the HC Server. If you are looking for a suggestion, I nominate Friedshrimpy has he has a serious concern that the server is run as well as the Golmud Server
Unless, someone of admins, could me a trip to the HC server in daily basis, you need a guy in that place
The cause is mainly due to TBG being very ban heavy. All the banned players have no where else to go but the RC server so players that certainly deserve their paerma ban for very horrible comments and behavior like 1dirtyrottenson are now on your server along with others making your server look like a dumpster fire. I fully stand for better moderation against trolls and griefers. People who cant seem to do anything at the base line of their conversation besides complain about what other people use for their load out, vehicles or choice or whatever and always complain about "LOL FLIR" LOL FLIR FAIRY" "FUCKIN IR FAG" should be permanently muted because these are the ones who ramp up into true toxicity once agitated and start being very hurtful with their choice of words to individual players (still talking about dirty here. he is renowned for his trolling and everyone hates when he plays.)

FriedShrimpy..Since you are the most dedicated in the HC server.. We are in need of another mini admin in the HC server, you up to the task? Let me know asap
Excellent FriedShrimpy... good choice Redkilla! Yesterday he was in need of help, I immediately quit server #1 and went to server #3 to help him and found that one was cheating got him banned for life. So, bravo for FriedShrimpy if he answers the smoke signals jijij
whats the latest on the actual purpose of this thread? https://bf4db.com/stats clearly shows how popular each game mode is. Conquest large is the overwhelming winner in terms of popularity with TDM and rush behind it. everything else is super unpopular and this only backs my first comment on this thread. The players joining for conquest joined to play conquest, rush players joined for rush and TDM joined for TDM. everything else is unpopular enough to allow for a lump of a game mode rotation server.
We as your player base are still looking for an alternate 24/7 conquest server (with better moderation for in game chat and in game occurrences) with ideally all maps and voting as players do indeed vote, and having ALL maps means a collective of opinions can choose the next best map to go to. 5 vehicle maps in a row got you demoralized and metro and pearl is on the vote list? Guess what the hive mind is voting for next.. metro or pearl. I know it was stated that xtreme diesel was in charge of map choices and that is fair enough but my final input to this situation is as an individual player, I have my preference in maps. I love dawn breaker and have a friend who hates it. Not everyone has the same experience on every map, so to leave it to one mod to decide what everyone else plays means we are playing the maps he feels are the best choice for the server but that does not necessarily mean its the best for everyone.
All maps with the voting plugins accommodates everyone elses choice and work great for other servers, and it can work great for yours too.
As a bonus request, we all feel like 30hz is bottom of the barrel and my group of friends have been looking forward to a 60hz server for a long time. If you prioritize this server for 60hz, people will notice and will definitely play on your server over TBGs as there are only 2 HC conquest servers routinely active. 60hz will give yours the clear edge over theirs and players will jump off that 30hz TBG ship and head to you guys. Coupled with the changes I mentioned above, y'all would have one rockin HC conquest server that we have all wanted.

Congrats Shrimpy, and I know you are hooking up with talktothebullet to learn the ins and outs. You will be a fine addition to the Moderators ( not fucking mini admin ). So if I can be of any help just give me a shout...............STRYKER.

Spoke to Shrimpy..He has the Avengers Unite thread and is no an Avenger in the HC server. Thanks Shrimpy!! XtremeD, If you could help him out as well that would be great
