So just so I understand THE RULES: If I take A, then park my tank RIGHT ON THE UNCAP LINE, but dont shoot until they shoot at me first (as they spawn in their own base), then I can fire into the uncap BECAUSE THEY SHOT AT ME FIRST and im just defending myself....... lol did i miss something?

No to continue on this but I just played the map again where my teams spawn was on the A flag side. When you spawn you have to drive through a gate on your way to A. Id say that behind the gate is still part of the uncap and anything beyond the gate is not. At no point did Welfed or I enter or shoot beyond that gate.
