You can record all you want. Live Streaming is the issue. We've had many problems with Streamers previously on our server. One of which ended up with a Streamer's cronies trying to DoS our servers and forums because we caught them cheating.

Yeah without recording, it'd be a lot harder to report people. I do find it hard to believe that they would do a perma ban for streaming, they usually to temp bans to get the message across.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention MunkyMeat as clan members are expected to abide by the same rules as anyone else on the server. I am waiting for Whitey and Welfed to come in and see what their defense is before I get to deep into the subject as there may be an explanation of why they were in your spawn. We have had people come out of spawn engage and run back to spawn and cry they were fired on in spawn. So lets just wait and see what the guys have to say before jumping to conclusions.

Not defending anyone here -- they can speak for themselves. I have chased vehicles into spawn area that have engaged in battle and are retreating. Mostly the AA.
Enemies can NOT sit in the opposite base,
UNCAP- uncap is where over the opposite team cannot get to, for example: behind A is Not uncap until it gives you a message saying *Return to the combat area*.
Its hard to tell where uncap starts when you are looking at you're base. But after playing for several years you have a general idea.

Welfed and I were in a tank. I was gunning for Welfed and we were defending A flag which we just captured after a long fought battle from when we had only 1 flag. We had just fought off one tank which was closer to A flag and were getting hit from a tank that was closer to their spawn. Welfed engaged that tank and the tanks gunner jumped out to repair. That is when I started shooting him. I actually think I killed MrMunkyMeat which I thought was in a succide jeep heading towards me. At no time did we enter their base.
That being said, I did not realize how close we were to their base. I've played this map a bit but not nearly as much as Golmud, where I know just about every inch of it. It appears as the A flag and their spawn are extremely close, as shown in MrMunkyMeat's video.
I will still say that we did not engage toward their spawn until we were engaged upon. If we are getting fired upon from their spawn we have the right to defend ourselves. That is what we were doing. After MrMunkyMeat posted in chat about us being in their spawn, I asked Welfed how close we were and he said we were not in the spawn and they were firing at us with tank rounds.
I don't think we were in the wrong but this map makes it a bit tricky to define uncap since you spawn very close to the first flag. Knowing this now, If I was driving the tank I may not have driven so close to the uncap but I still would have fired, even if further back, once I was fired upon.
Seems MrMunkyMeat is now aware that live streaming is NOT allowed and he has been very civilized about the whole thing so I agree with removing the ban even if he called me a liar for making the rule up.
P.S. Welfed is not an admin but I have admin rights.

White was correct on the ban, no questions about it.... the fault was going base beyond A, is short distance even chasing... the suspect on streaming manifest he didnt read it... the suggestion here is to add it to the rules in tthe servers...BTW you as admin with Striker is the sht!! LMAO... kept the amazing work guys
To be clear, we were not in the uncap. We were close and didnt fire into it until we were fired upon.
This is a dead horse that we've beaten to death many times. You cannot fire out of the uncap and expect not to be fired upon in return.
If you have rules and your admins violate those rules, then it makes your whole clan look like violators. It strips all of you of credibility. The fact that some members took this seriously speaks volumes about your clans character. That fact that some took it as a personal offense that someone had the nerve to call it out, speaks volumes about their individual character. I made a mistake in what I did and I accept that that. The individuals actually involved, after being able to see the evidence, saw theirs and acknowledged it. That is what mature people do.
I didn't see any shooting into the spawn at all. You are just pissed you got banned for not reading the loading page rules.
Then go play some where else. Clearly you have better options. Enough trolling...
