Actually have 2 of your admins on video firing a tank into the enemy spawn and when called out for it the banned me. Tried making up rules that are not on your rules page. I have the whole stream up and can link. It was welfedSOB and whitefish21. I do know that in your rules it is very clear about firing into spawns. So, I guess my question is, are the rules only for non-clan players or were they blatantly violating the rules? And, if the latter, is this normal policy for this clan?

Idk why you didn't post the video at first. That was stupid.
Our members wouldn't shoot into the spawn, we know the rules. Also one of those rules is no streaming. But either way, of course we would want to see video proof if you're making accusations against clan members, and its just dumb to make the post without showing it. Why even ask?

I think you have me mistaken. I am not upset about the no streaming policy. In fact I guess I should have apologized sooner. It was just really confusing when the server scrolls a message about shooting into the spawn and 2 admins are sitting in a tank in your spawn. If the ban stands for streaming I am ok with that as I did the offense.

Like KarekCat said it's clearly stated every time you log onto the AARP servers. Kind of hard to defend yourself on this one......

As for the actual problem at hand, thanks for posting the video. Please make sure to include it in the start of the thread next time. We have people come and make bold claims all the time without revealing the whole story, and providing no evidence. Then we have to go on this hunt to figure out what actually went on. It's a huge pain!

This does appear to potentially be attacking the uncap. However, it does not seem that the tank, outside the spawn, was initially shooting into the uncap, unprovoked. With that said, it's poor form to squat right outside, then shoot in when attacked, because you're sitting right outside (this is a problem we have with certain players on our Golmund server).

here is the proof and the no streaming does not show up in your rules. I checked to be on the safe side. But yes, it is very clear that both were in the tank at the RU spawn.

Side note, if I had seen the rule I would not have streamed in the server. I believe in following the rules and playing fair.

This is why I think no steaming or VPNs should be added to !rules, well meaning people will miss it on the loading screen. I think ALL of the server rules should be there, so that anyone on the server can see them in one place.

I don't like that map so I don't play it and don't exactly know where the line is for where it's considered shooting into spawn. Just based how he spawned in base and the tank was aiming into the base right in front of it, it definitely does look like they were shooting into spawn. I'd like to hear from them first before I have any opinion on the matter though.

Again, let me be clear, I am not trying to defend myself on the streaming. That was 100% on me. If I should be banned for it then I fully accept that. This post is about 2 admins sitting in a spawn with a tank attacking players. I am not trying to defend myself on anything as I acknowledge what i have done. I just thought you would want to be aware of admins violating the rules you do clearly post every 60 seconds in the chat.

Yes because I was streaming. And I accept that fully. Just because you do not see a stop sign doesn't mean you weren't supposed to stop. If you lift it that would be awesome but if not, I fully understand and get it. Rules is rules.
Although, I do feel like I need to mention, it makes it hard to report bad behavior without video proof. If I didn't have the video of it for you, you would think this was just some dude crying without proof.

I would like to be clear, is it only no live-streaming or is it no recording at all? I don't mind recording my gameplay to edit and post later. However, If it is neither, that is cool too. When you pay for servers they are yours to command.
