Hi Red, good evening, and thanks for your help. I have the VPN installed on my PC, but it's part of my antivirus software and is always turned off. The strange thing is that I can access RC3 normally, but RC1 keeps disconnecting me and saying I've been banned.

We dont have the VPN kicker enabled on RC 3

I couldn’t quite figure out what happened—I had already reset my router and checked its settings, and everything looked fine. Anyway, the important thing is that I’m no longer getting kicked.
