WOW!!!

I was too but now I find myself actually making myself eat something because i will actually unknowingly skip a day without eating anything. It might be late the next day before I realize I haven't eaten anything, and even then I eat begrudgingly.

I dont know if your stomach shrinks but I also get full quicker.

I'm 6'2" and want to get down to ~225 # before I start building about 10 # of muscle back up. I didn't realize even your feet lose weight. I've gone from a 42 waist to ~37". I recently purchased 38" pants and shorts and they fall off if I don't cinch them up good.

Its really nice the way my back has stopped hurting with the weight gone.

Yeah, makes dealing with the other aging and health crap a lot easier.

Congrats Biker!!!! Thats awesome. I was doing 1000-1200 calories a day for a period of time before I went to Hawaii. Its not easy. Your stomach definitely shrinks. I remember it being hard to eat a full meal while I was over there. And I was surfing and hiking all day long. I should have wanted to eat everything in sight.

I like how RedKilla got super active in the forums after Simpson made a play for his top spot and threatened a ban :glee:
