I need my son to take a picture of me riding now since I've lost 35 lbs.
6 months ago I struggled to cinch my Harley belt to the first hole.........Now I am at the last hole and thinking I need a leather punch. Even my biker boots I've had for 30 years fit better.
Oh.....and my back.....since ive lost the weight my back stopped bothering me.
Its friggin awesome.
The key....well its simple....a fishing guide in Washington on a Salmon fisshing expedition told us some "WORD"
And I quote "Its not about exercise, its not about fancy diets, its about what you stuff in your mouth"
For 4 months i have limited myself to less that 1200 food cal, minus beer, and as noted, I have lost 35.4 Lbs in 4 months and 18 days. I went from 270 out of the shower to 234.6 as of this morning.
Eat less = lose weight!
Going to lose 10 more then hit the gym and add 5-10 in muscle mass.
Cool shit man!
Feeling good at 66. (not counting some other issues that motivate me to be healthy)

Im standing atop Devils Slide....Blowsand is in the background. We had a place out in Ocotillo wells for almost 20 years as the kids grew up. Sp[ent every weekend there from October to April.....every year

I was too but now I find myself actually making myself eat something because i will actually unknowingly skip a day without eating anything. It might be late the next day before I realize I haven't eaten anything, and even then I eat begrudgingly.
I dont know if your stomach shrinks but I also get full quicker.
I'm 6'2" and want to get down to ~225 # before I start building about 10 # of muscle back up. I didn't realize even your feet lose weight. I've gone from a 42 waist to ~37". I recently purchased 38" pants and shorts and they fall off if I don't cinch them up good.
Its really nice the way my back has stopped hurting with the weight gone.
Yeah, makes dealing with the other aging and health crap a lot easier.
