What people like to cook and or eat

Nothing better than smoked meats.. I love sitting on my deck with the beer fridge right next to me cooking meats all day. Totally worth it. Ribs, Chicken, brisket, anything! The neighbors hate it when I fire up my smoker cause I don't invite them over. LOL

My mom used to make PB and honey sandwiches..I also used to eat PB and sweet pickle sandwiches..

Love the PB and honey sandwiches. I still eat them today when enjoying a large bowl of Chili.

Dont know if I could do the sweet pickle thing, but I'll take you up on that tour for crabs. No need for a hammer, I use my teeth or the handle of butter knife.

I swing both ways.

Love a good PB and Honey and PB with various jams and jellies. Fresh no preservative jams are the best.

I'm a chili guy. I make it old fashioned like mom used to make. It has to have good flavor and not necessarily hot enough for flames to come out of your ass. Those chilis are for special occasions. lol Some fresh vegetables (peas, corn, beans) really bring it all together. Cook the veggies in and then add them later. MMMMM

Mostly because I'm an idiot and dont know where it belonged.
I dice up spam, brown it some, add a can of corn and black beans, chicken stock, and rice. Cover and cook. It's a good balance of nutrients and great wrapped up in tortillas.
I'm trying real hard to learn where shit goes in here, obviously I'm always fucking wrong.

After we got back from Italy two years ago, I bought a pizza oven and I do pies every Saturday for the family during the summer. I roll the dough out as thin as I can get it and we'll do pepperoni, shrimp and pesto, cheese, mushroom, etc. NO PINEAPPLE! Homemade sauce. Best damn investment.

Fuck me, why did I have to see this when I woke up....

Think you could make a few pies, freeze em and ship them to me? (I'd pay!)

I'd be happy to. Don't know how they'd hold up. Are you on the Eastern Shore? I'm in Frederick and spent my youth crabbing in the back canals of Bethany.

WOW hots those look great and this is coming from a snobby NYer who will only eat pizza from an authentic brick oven.

My brother in law built one in his backyard just for pizzas. Gets to about 900 degrees and cooks a pie in 90-100 seconds
