im his brother so we have the same internet connection, hence why i have a different battlefield account. when you dont know who we are irl or what we have to work with so dont assume things you dont know are true or not. no im not linking my battlefield account either.

i mentioned that to blunt specialist and i accused akula of being biased in a case i havent talked about. a case which he claims he is the expert on and apparently made the decision to begin with so i dont think he's going to admit he's wrong from how prideful he seems to be and i never said i wasnt biased but im making a case for my brother like you would do if ur brother was being accused of anything. i didnt think it was pertinent at this time to say im his brother because this isnt about me or him even its about making sure a hackusation cant be put through a voteban because something may look fishy when really technology can have a way of fucking with the mind

To answer your question, if I were you I would squad up with the people that you recognize vote banning you and ask them what issues they have. So much can be solved in a simple verbal Conversation. We are providers of a free service nothing more.

Akula, I said before - I don't have any alies or another accounts. Since I have bought bf3 until present - my origin name was the same. I've never changed it. Also never had any other accounts.

In game behaviour before and after getting called out - So, what tells you someone is hacking from how they react to getting called a hacker? They aren't gonna go, "yeah! I'm hacking! Please give me my perm ban!" You cant take a reaction to getting called out into account because it doesn't effect whether or not they are actually cheating. They won't admit to it, so it's irrelevant. Even if I tell you guys I'm not cheating your mindset is that I am. It makes the "decision" biased, which isn't fair.
Response in the forums - Yeah. I'm here going through all this effort to do something about Voteban for no reason. Voteban has it's place against actual hackers but here it's being abused against anyone who does well. That's why I started the thread.
They aren't excuses, they are counter-arguements you are failing to refute because you know I'm not cheating but you don't want your safety net to disappear and break the illusion that there aren't players out there that are better than you. That, or you actually do believe I'm cheating and have solidified the idea and burned it into your mind, so that no matter what I say you will make up any idea in your head to rationalize your conclusion. If you have been doing it for a long time then obviously whatever power you have has gone to your head because this system isn't fair or just at all, and pretty much every good player that enters your server gets booted and stops playing on it because they know they will just get votebanned.
You know, if you haven't noticed, actual hackers aren't exactly subtle about cheating. There are tons of servers with broken anti-cheat with people flying through walls and aimbotting, turning themselves invisible and crossmapping with pistols constantly against players that are too stubborn to go find another server. Those are the kind of servers they play on. The amount of people I've witnessed get votebanned because "HAXING MY GAME!" is ridiculous. No amount of cheaters do this bad over this time frame. I watched you try to voteban a guy that was 34-26 over the course of 17 minutes not even half an hour ago. Even Redkilla came out and said the ban was stupid. Luckily it expired with 1 vote left but if that doesn't indicate the current system is broken I don't know what does. One of the top admins for the server, said the voteban system was stupid. Even if it was for one instance.
On the topic of "one shot kills" from "netcode": Newsflash, they aren't one shot kills. If you watch the demo for a game you will see things don't happen as smoothly as you think on clientside because the server updates at a rate of 30hz. This means in-game damage and reports to clientside happen 30 times a second. So every 33.3333333 (repeating) milliseconds. Now, take into consideration that the average time to kill on weapons in battlefield 4 sits around the 300ms mark, and that the average reaction time of a human being is 250ms, which you add 30 onto for your brains electrical signals to tell your body to move and you get 280ms to react to taking damage. Keep in mind this is for young adults age 18-25, as you get older your reaction times WILL slow, its a sad fact of life. Anyway, some weapons that you will see in close quarters can give off the "one shot" because with high damage model or high rate of fire weapons, they do damage so quickly that in a close to mid-range situation (i.e. the aggressor comes around the corner and lands a headshot followed up by 2-3 body shots or another headshot) you will see a damage tick and then die. It's not instant, but it appears so on your screen because of the tickrate combined with your reaction time and the time it takes your bodies senses to tell your brain what just occured. It is precisely for this reason weapons like the SCAR-H and ACE 21 CQB are banned in competitive BF4. The players do not have time to react because on their screens they die instantly. When in reality the other player just shot them in the head twice. They would ban the AEK and FAMAS and other high rate of fire weapons, however those are not as easy to land the shots needed due to spread and recoil AND they give one (just one!) damage tick (the red arrow telling you where you get shot from) on the other players screen before they die, giving the other player about 4-7 frames to react on a 144hz monitor at 300 fps if the player is using an AEK. It's not an anomaly, its just the way the game works. Kill the guy in the first few shots in you don't want him to turn around and shoot back. That way he can't outaim or get a lucky set of shots on you.

I've told you multiple times. I DID register under my in-game name. You people ban me everytime I enter under that name so guess what? I utilized a feature that EA put in for everyone to use to avoid scrutiny from you and the others that can't stand my presence. If this ever gets fixed I would be more than happy to play under my usual name, but until that does happen, I'll do whatever I like with my account. Even if it only stops you temporarily.
I do cap flags. That's what the little Assault icon with the wings and the star over the center represents. I play a medic normally and I'm on the flags 90% of the time. However, this usually proves to be too much for people like you to handle because before I know it I have 50+ kills from you guys rushing and not paying attention. I played a sniper because it limits the engagements I can take and forces me to play more passively. I can't heal myself and I am much weaker at close to mid-range so I need to fight at longer ranges, like just outside the objectives or on the objectives stopping people from coming onto them in the first place. It means less kills and I have to play a supportive role, but it keeps you and whoever else from calling me out every match.

You did start a vote against me. I had 63 kills and I was playing on A 4 days ago and there were 200 tickets left. You started the vote against me and I was voted out in under two minutes due to Beckler, WellFedSOB, and Gremslee (who especially detests me) being there. I even joked around with my friends about it (knowing full well that there was no way I was gonna stay in at that point) and when I came back the next day under a new name they asked if I was gonna get banned again that day (which I did, and you voted yes on that one as well) I didn't screenshot either but I was playing under Sean_PriceBF4 for the first one. I'll be sure to screenshot it next time you do initiate one on me.
We play literally every round we can together because we are BROTHERS. We live under the same roof. We have told you this multiple times. We have played on your server for weeks now together at the same time. I.E. We have the same I.P. because we are using the same ISP. I don't magically have two bodies to play the game with at the same time. Check your battle reports over the last 3 weeks before you go throwing out accusations. We have played at least 40 rounds together on this server. If that isn't enough for you we can hop in teamspeak and prove it that way if the reports aren't enough for you.

Calling it like you see it isn't the point. It's about what actually is true, and what's true is that your lack of caring is getting a lot of people who play fair kicked out because you can't hack it.

Yesterday you were in the server playing with us and I’ll agree you were very vocal in squad chat and that’s great! Nothing wrong with that. Your play style is lone wolf, not a flag capper but you call out targets and help the squad without putting yourself at risk almost as if you’re really in the fight. All good there
