Are you saying you dont have Windows 10? In Windows 10 you use the Photos option to edit the video. Try looking at my post in Battlefield 4 folder.

I do have win10 latest version, but i use a script on powershell to uninstall metro apps, to speed up the pc, some kind of little version

And in this case, i need to reinstall some features,.... my pc is only for gaming, soo no other software's needed, and i install as i need, barenone all the way, just like winxp or win7 when u could use scripts to disable services and make it faster
