Agreed, I have been in the AA with friendly tanks all around me and still get killed by a tank chasing me all across the map. They don't pay attention, I've found that staying away from tanks, I live longer.

I agree staying away from the tanks you live longer because your teammate is not paying attention and enemy will always go for the AA

Seems like a good idea, I was just vote banned for something. Not even sure what the reason was to be honest.

My approach to the AA is a little different...... That is, unless you're up against a super aggressive pilot (like myself), who will come get you, through the damage. In that case, you can't flinch. It's like a game of chicken, and someone will come out of it alive (this is also why timing your APS is so important).

Last I heard, only clan members can initiate votes but the public can vote... This seems extremely fair. This way if the public is unanimously bitching about a certain player, one member can initiate the vote, tell people to vote !yes and get the player kicked. the trade off should be that the kick lasts 30 mins to an hour to give the player a moment of pause so that 5 mins later they're not back trolling about how the vote really didn't do much.

BTW, it should be called a voteBAN so that it carries a little more weight as a consequence. Technically whether you're kicked or banned for 60 minutes makes no difference but I'd argue that from the perspective of a player, seeing the error; "You've been banned blah blah blah" hits the ego a little harder than getting kicked. It's all about making the player think about the decisions they are making in the server.
