the things we do for hot bar tenders... Redkilla is like that with hot ski instructors! Especially if their name is Lance, Bruce, or Carp....
To be perfectly fair, most everyone votes !yes on votebans without looking for/at a reason, even AARP members. So, I'm not sure using that as a 'metric' to determine how cheaty a player is, really counts.
