teamkilling epedemic in hc servers and nothing is being done

I have done several !forgives but today i did my first !punish and it killed me not the guy who killed me

I then just typed !punish again and it banned me from the Server.

"Live by the sword, die by the sword." Haha, sorry thought it was pretty funny though
