Sleep Apnea

Well glad to hear you were tested Red. I am sure you are not happy with the results, but you can make it a lot better in the future. I only had twenty-nine interruptions per hour but some lasted as long as 1 1/2 Mins. I now feel much more rested when I get up in the morning. So any one that thinks they have this problem get tested and get the help needed................STRYKER.
 
I honestly think that my dad is going through this and is having his sleep study done tonight. Not sure if it's for this issue or oxygen levels. I'm hoping that this test he does while sleeping will determine the outcome and get on it right away. thanks for the heads up STRYKER. Big ups!
 
Yes! I'm sorry I missed this thread. My sleep apnea was slowly driving me insane. Thankfully I finally got a CPAP machine and I am pretty sure it saved my life.

first off, i have been using a CPAP for over 22 years and i can not sleep if i don't have it. If you have Apnea, you MUST get treatment. we had a dad in my daughter sophmore class in HS die from complications of Apnea.....

Anyway, is susan hayes hot? its always better with a hot doctor!
 
I am so glad I started this thread,if it brought awareness to just one person it was a success. A lot more people have this condition than you would ever suspect. So be on the lookout for any one saying they are tired all of the time or snore like an old coal fired train engine. And be sure not to let the old male macho shit interfere like I did for so many years. Get your ass or the ass of a loved one checked, because it can be a silent killer................STRYKER.
 
Sleep apnea is big on my radar. Right now I’m cutting weight. Had a successful day of not cheating yesterday. No snacks! Need to shed at least 20 pounds. Feeling somewhat refreshed this morning. Unfortunately I spit my night guard out in my sleep. But making gains

Exercise goes a long way too. Whether its cardio or weight lifting.
