Just open the saved video with the Windows 10 Photo App.

Here's a video on how to use the Photo APP to edit your videos before you upload to YouTube.

I recorded using the GeForce Experience desktop option.

Turn down or off your sound before playing the video.

I got Vegas 14 Pro out of a Humble Bundle for like $25, back when that was a thing. Took like 3 months to actually download the software though, since the dl servers got totally hammered.
