I understand once you've left the uncap, it's fair game. But to shoot into without provocation is not. No shooting out of uncap, I always ask nicely to get out of uncap before firing. I try real hard to be open minded. Sometimes I don't know if they understand English, but after an admin kill, it usually gets their attention.

Well he wasnt shooting from withing the uncap, but he kept exiting to shoot, then backing into the uncap to hide if he took too much damage. The position of this uncap made it difficult for me to follow him in if I wanted to try and get a shot in while he reps.

So is he allowed to shoot outside the uncap and seek safety mid fight for reps and come back out to shoot more?
