Describe the incident Let me start by saying that I am not one to come to the forum to complain. I usually can get resolution in real time. But This player is constantly refusing to operate the by the rules. Constant camping and being out of position. The worst part of it is that this layer is fully aware of the rulers but doesn't care. It is past time that he/she gets a time out. Thank you.
