I remember there was a rule on another server back to 2015... People can vote kick a suck AA in the Railway map. I don't know the threshold of action, i think it was around 1/3 of the team, approxmately.
If a kick is vote to pass, the AA will explode somehow or the player get killed and AA explode then, and re-spawn at the base.
