Based upon your report, I spec'ed him and his squadmate, whoop, most of what I saw was them engaging AH that was already in play. In the video, the AH was out of spawn before engaged. Technically, they did lock on the transport that was in spawn, but their obvious target was the AH. The AH that was already in play. With the way AHs are always engaging and retreating into spawn, and often engaging from spawn, I don't blame someone for chasing the AH down with stiglas. They are walking the thin line between being legit play and breaking the rules.

That being said, after multiple complaints by others, including clan members, and their taunting about how they could wait out any ban ('it's only 7x.."), I spec'd them further and did see poohbear lock and launch a stinger on the AH that someone had just spawned in and had not lifted off yet.

I was the victim of one of several of his stingers that hit us as soon as we spawned. I wouldn't have reported it otherwise. I'm aware that my video doesn't show it, but I wanted to show him camping the spawn. He did it the entire game until you took action.

I have been away for several days so my worthless comments are now showing up. If ElChangoFeo is testifying to shenanigans I will always back him as he is a NO BS guy.
