Just a head's up! You should call them n have it replaced while you wait for it to be fixed. That's their problem and they should give you a replacement until your original tower gets delivered.

Digital Storm just called me and said they drained the PC before shipping because they had 3 freeze during shipment this winter.
I will have new coolant tomorrow and will finally boot her up.
That is awesome to hear., next time send the coolant in a separate container jacks!
For real. They knew to drain it but forgot to include the coolant you need to refill it back up.

I've always had good success with their motherboards and GPUs.
With no water in the cooling system
I called tech support and a manager will call me back but she said i have to ship it back.
