With no water in the cooling system

I called tech support and a manager will call me back but she said i have to ship it back.

Man what a let down

Some custom build water coolers have to be filled. That would suck if you have to send it back just for them to fill and test it.

You can see it had water in it. Looks like they tested it and then drained it for shipping unless it had a leak and drained out. I think you'd know if that happened though. I could be wrong though.

Im like heart broken right now, I ordered this on December 8th. They say I have to ship it back freight... took 10 days to get here. so another month or more wait ...ughhh

I emailed the management team at Digital Storm for the proper coolant to fill it up to look for leaks.

I watched a few vids on youtube with Digital Storm unboxings. Your custom water cooler is not maintenance free. It looks like it will require cleaning at refills at some point in the future. That being said, they all seem to ship in a ready state and not dry.

I hope they can resolve this quickly and your not back to square 1 and 2 months away from a working rig.

Digital Storm just called me and said they drained the PC before shipping because they had 3 freeze during shipment this winter.

I will have new coolant tomorrow and will finally boot her up.

awesome news, and that's a plus from then, they take care of the pc, right?, just imagine frozen computer on the go, plus real good care shipment, and extra care handle from the delivery man LOL
