I do see a difference between, but for this game I feel the sweet spot is 1080 at 75hz, for infantry
This kinda 2k resolution at 144hz goes easy on this game, but I do believe enable the super resolution will be more stable at frames
Besides anything beyond 60hz with the tick rate of the server feels like shooting ghost
