Members don't wait to join

I've noticed a few other servers have a thing where once you're a member it just kicks someone in the server so you can join. Is this applicable? Acceptable? Do we already have it? I was hoping to make use of it once I was a member. Waiting in premium priority [8] at 11pm hurts my very essence. I'm a special snowflake and I must be treated as such. Thanks guys.

That is a think. I have skipped an 8 person queue. But you get that after you become a member and are wearing the AARP tags.
