Seabee, I got 35 gig available now after deleteing iTunes. No luck . Download the MoBo drivers. no luck. Did a cmd sfc/scannow and it reported corupted files. May use my spare SSD that I use for video capture of suspected UCAV haxs and install a new OS onto it. Have not done this in awhile. The guy at the PC shop said to just download a bootable OS onto a ziff drive.
Gunney, the guy who looked at your pc was selling you old UCAV parts. The fact that you had video of my low score UCAVing just shows you that the video drive you used must of been empty. No HAX here, but I had to get another larger SSD just so I can store all the "GAH" ribbions I got since meeting you on the battlefield.
When I have a pc that freaks out, I always remove all the parts and only install the parts needed to get it running, first. After a clean OS install. Plus, I keep a low grade GPU handy that I know works as a test GPU, if needed.
One thing I have learned over the years is not to forget about the simple stuff. Cables, connectors, pins, etc. These things really F-things up.
Put WIN 7 back on it and try it again.
Lol, I might try that if this reinstall dont work. Got a 16 gig USB drive coming in. I need to get back in and drive around with my trusty jeep looking for you!
You can do all of this without going online. The goal is to get the GPU to work at peak performance with Win 10.

When you drive around in the jeep, make sure to look into the rear view mirror often because that crazy UCAV will sneak up on you and then ... silence.

Same thought! I was running Win 7 for a long time so I guess I lucked out with none of that noise.
Tried to do a reset on my PC. Took 15 mins to download Windows 10 from the cloud. Did a restart. Then the window comes on and asks for lanquage. None of my USB devices would work. No keyboard. No mouse. Suspect I need a PS/2 keyboard. Walmart doen't have one. How they expect normal folks to do this with out the old tech?
Your USB ports should work, even in BIOS or UEFI. Man I wish I was there in person to help. Actually, that's something to test. See if you can enter the BIOS/UEFI. If you can (and can navigate it) then your ports are working.
I might go to Walmart tomorrow and buy a 32 gig USB drive and try installing a fresh copy of Windows 10 on my spare SSD. I'm just wondering if Microsoft is making it hard for me so I would try the Microsoft 365 software. Free first month, but $10 a month after that.
Dan's been helping out via messenger. Got a new SSD operating with Windows 10. Was just on BF4. Got kicked due to punkbuster not being on this SSD.

Back up and running in BF4 this morning. Good framerate and great K/D ratio. LargeMonty was in my squad and I was killing off his wounded so that really helped.
Gunney, while you were offline with BF4, I had to plan ahead and found a few new anti-gunney camper spots.
Tune-up that jeep because I'm waiting to send you some "Air Mail"
