Added an Ip ban as well. But that will only work until he changes it for his other accounts

Lol, thank you, I occasionally have them. But you can see who and when is specing, just by refreshing server page.

Would you happen to have them doing the uncap stuff as well, from the same round, on video? A sudden change in behavior is one (potentially) strong indicator of a cheater being alerted to their spectating observer.
