Sometimes I play to hunt vehicles, other times I hunt flags. They sometimes go hand in hand.
I was falsely under the impression that a chopper flying back into main spawn was considered fair game. After the screenshot you posted I can see how that would be considered breaking the rules.

Apologize for my actions again.

It is fair game..But that not what you were doing and you know it.

So far you have changed your reason for my ban from:
Toxic Gameplay

to

Complaint after complaint, using lock ons right outside of spawn.

to

Your pushing the boundries

So which is it? The more and more you reply the more I feel like this was nothing more then AARP members being upset with getting killed all the time in game. Thus "finding" a reason to ban me! I have never locked on or fired into a fresh spawn in the uncap, I have never drove a tank into a main base (thats pretty much impossible, red zone kills you).

NO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM BEING ACCUSED OF AND KNOW OF IT!

Master Chief, he balance the games and don't retrieve when the hell break loose with soflam, any second thought on the punishment?

It shouldn't have to be explained to you why you were banned. You deliberately skirted the rules and you openly did it, on numerous occasions. Shooting at choppers and vehicles that retreat back into the uncap are fair game. It's always been that way. People may not like it, but the uncap is not a magical shield that you can use at a whim. However, it doesn't mean that you can hang out right outside the uncap and shoot at vehicles the moment they try and leave. "Oh, but they shot at me, then flew back into the spawn to evade my Stingers, so they're fair game!" as you hover in your parachute right outside the base is not a good argument. Baiting attacks like that is still toxic gameplay and isn't really that much better than just outright shooting the vehicles as people spawn in them.

I killed you just a few days ago driving into an enemy base.

Appeal denied.

All of the above

There you have it, you don't like me shooting at you via the parachute...So this is all about how you "feel" about getting killed in the game. I was "ruining" your game play shooting from a parachute which I found to be highly effective (especially at helis).

If the server admins/rules don't want players hanging out right "outside" the red zone line then that needs to be known to the players. Hanging outside the red zone NEAR the enemy spawn is not spawn camping and/or firing into the enemy spawn. Your argument then would mean flag G is to close to your spawn so I shouldn't shoot at a incoming chopper? Because it just left the red zone...come on!

I will tell ya I have gotten killed many many times from people leaving or still in their spawn, how is that any different?

Damn it!!! I accidently hit delete instead of ban on bizzle..LOL oh well

I was wondering why he was greyed out.

Sloppy fingers, I hope Karek doesnt punish you and suspend your forum privileges :highly_amused:

You know, from what I saw Laughatrice accepted that he did wrong apologized and was very formal and respectful, he asked the questions he wanted to ask, but in the end accepted his fate and left it to the power of RedKilla to decide. On the other hand that other dude was a total dickhead and definitely deserved what he got.

Hey i think you guys do a great job of keeping toxic people out but also being FAIR about it. You let them play how they want and only intervene when they are being trolls about it or breaking rules. I also like how you go about it by having several people say something before you act not just 1. You dont over admin or abuse your power, you worn, watch, talk about, and vote before acting. That keeps it fun and fair

For little things is okay to take it to one self, buy major things I am all GOOD in taking these steps!!
