Nobody gets kicked on that spot, plus this only happens to me past 2am, during the day I play just fine, no such thing as dead spots, every place is accesible, I could easily get shot.

Technically, the Rubble Glitch does fall under EA's No Glitching policy in their ToS:
"Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools (such as "auto", "macro", hack or cheat software), or use exploits, bugs or problems in an EA Service to gain unfair advantage."
However, it's far too easy to accidentally get into for any sort of 3rd-party global ban.
Not that people aren't allowed you call you a "coward" or a "cunt hiding in the rubble". Maybe just don't exploit it, if you don't want to be called mean names, since there's no record of anyone deliberately kicking you (yes, I did check).

I use rubble for cover or I'm on top of it, everybody does it, I'm never in that inaccesible part of the rubble that some players use, you don't see them getting kicked, some players are just sore losers, period.

Either way, it's not a glitch, you get on top of rubble and jump right in, it's not like that inaccesible part of the glitch where you have to crawl in, alot of people kill me from it but if you are smart you can kill them, very simple.
I think the right thing to do would be to look deep inside oneself and overcome your fears of this helicopter directly with a RPG7 like Digital… I just boosted his bounty up to $10.00 surprised this is still unfulfilled. See you in hell Digi!
You definitely use the exploit rubble spot to shoot from. At least, the last few times I was on and saw you. If I wasn't so disappointed I wouldn't have even noticed probably. I'm sure it doesn't matter to you but I won't squad with anyone that does that bullshit.
Come on dude, what kinda exploit, when u good u good, not saying I'm the best , but u have to use your resources instead of just jumping into enemy fire, now all of a sudden people complain after 10 years, if it were a problem EA would've done something about it matez don't speak your incompetence here.
