While this may put me at odds with many, I'm going to state my stance, against Akula joining. Considering the clusterfuck that has become the "Ban Appeal" forum, it's not exactly a great image for the clan overall. I respect Akula as a person, but I do not believe that one can just 'point a finger' at a suspected player and claim they're a cheat, and then outright deny or deflect the accused's attempt to defend or prove themselves. Perhaps they are a cheat, perhaps they're not. However, everyone should be given a fair chance. No amount of "They're just using an overlay, so we can't tell that he's cheating with video evidence" will genuinely prove they're a cheater (to me at least). Cheating is a very complicated topic, I know, but it should be handled professionally and reasonably. Not turn into a 8+ page shit-fest.
