Get rid of all those meds and put crushed marijuana leaves put cover it up and change every 3 day

Oh yeah, youre right about that. i got released home yesterday, but damn the pain is hitting hard now. The doctor didnt tell me anything except “dont lift for 2 months” and told me to go home. So now I am just trying to figure out the best way to heal. Walking still isnt really an option for me as I have to be bent forward 90 degrees haha. But in a couple days I should be good as new!
