It's kind of asinine that it's acceptable to parashit into the enemy base if you get shot at. It shouldn't be happening in the first place. Thank you for the clarification.
I wasn't in your base pal. I was well outside of your base and the mechanics of the game allow me to float around in a parachute and shoot at helicopters. It was designed into the game. Maybe it's annoying, but parashitting is absolutely in the spirit of BF4.

Holy shit its literally word for word the same argument I got in six months ago with the last banned troll. I'm done talking to you and will be recording games, buddy.
Do what you gotta do. 90 percent of my gameplay is in the tank. 8 percent is capturing D and F in the transport. So you have maybe a 2 percent chance of catching me parashitting, and even then it won't be over your base.
DLettuce, parashitting in our servers is discouraged and could lead to you getting kicked. Here are some rules, written and unwritten that were posted by KarekCat sometime ago.
There seems to be some continued confusion regarding the rules on our servers. Below is a detailed explanation of those rules. Hopefully this will clarify any confusion.
1. Do not attack, or shoot out of, or enter the Uncap.
This applies to Jets, Tanks, Infantry, Parashitters, everyone. There is no reason to be attacking, or attacking from the uncap base. This means you cannot mark targets (SOFLAM/PLD), shoot IGLA/Stingers at aircraft, drop JDAM/Guided from Jets, set Mines or C4 (or C4/Mine Ram with Cars), steal choppers and shoot at spawning vehicles, fire UCAVs into or out of the spawn, or otherwise deliberately attack spawning vehicles/players.
This rule also covers vehicle theft from the uncap. You cannot steal vehicles, be it tanks, jets, choppers, or even cars from the uncap.
What this rule does not cover, is those who retreat back into the uncap base. It is not some "Magical Shield" that can protect you from being a coward.
2. The AA belongs "in the fight", where it can be most useful, not on the fringes of the map.
This rule depends on the map, but the AA should always be able to support their team. On RC1 (24/7 Golmud Railway), the rules specify the AA should be in the A/B/C area, where the majority of the fighting and aircraft are. Not near E/F/G, or under the bridge near the spawn where they are useless. This rule applies to stolen AA as well.
As it overlaps with Rule 1, the AA has no business hiding in the uncap.
3. No Racism.
This should really be self-explanatory by now. It's the 21st century folks. Don't be racist.
4. Live Streaming
While Live-Streaming is generally allowed, we will still ban streamers that bring in trolls, or an otherwise toxic community with them.

- Do not deliberately teamkill, or bait teamkilling
- Do not cheat, or otherwise hack
- The game is rated for adults. Act like one.

I understand why excessive parashitting is discouraged on the server, but what is the expectation when bailing from a vehicle that is about to explode in the sky? Dropping to the ground immediately makes you an easy target for vehicles and infantry, so I tend to hit my parachute quickly so I can take some shots as I move towards the ground, where the AA will inevitably shred me.
Parachuting directly to ground just never seems to work out very well ...
I don't think anyone is going to say anything if it's just an occasional thing. If it becomes chronic then I'm sure there will be an issue, especially if I'm around. It could end up in a ban if it's chronic.
But you’ll be subject to the scorn, ridicule, hazing, and emotional abuse from other players, including comments about your parentage, your mothers and/or sisters sexual proclivities, the size of your sexual organs, and IQ.
