Your appeal statement: Hello, I was unfairly banned from the rc1 server (Golmud Railway).
I have been playing on this server for several years. Today (August 28, 2026), I tried to log in after work but was unable to join; I received an error message stating that I had been banned from the server. I have never used cheats, nor have I ever sworn at or offended anyone.
I searched for my nickname, _apeiron_spX, on the websites listed in the form to see if there was a reason for the ban, but I found nothing.
I believe this might be a system glitch, as I was able to play normally on the rc3 server.
The attached image shows the following message in Portuguese: "Error information - you have been banned from this server."
I would like to request that this ban be lifted, please. Thank you for your time.
