Your appeal statement: I'm not sure what happened, I never got passed the load screen, 1st time kicked, second time banned. I haven't played BF4 in months, and had a Punkbuster update when I booted up game, so I think my punkbuster in up to date. I was able to play in other servers without a punkbuster issue.
