Your appeal statement: So I was trying to join RC1 yesterday and every time I did I got kicked after 2 minutes by PunkBuster. I have tried a fresh install and that has not fixed it, I also updated PunkBuster and got no change.

Your appeal statement: Hello,

I am writing to respectfully request a review of my ban.

I was first kicked and then permanently banned for team killing, which I sincerely believe was a misunderstanding. I did not intentionally harm or attack my teammates. What happened was that I fired a TV-guided missile at the enemy team, and at the same time I experienced the TV missile glitch where it did not...

What do you mean by that? As I have not team killed at all since then. If you can prove me wrong then I understand.

You haven't been nearly as subtle as you think. We have watched, and you still grief. Not as directly anymore, but you still do it. Baiting your gunners into blowing up the chopper, then you report them for 'Griefing'. Hanging back as far as possible when you don't like who you're with. 'Accidentally' crashing. Immediately abandoning your gunner to fly solo. The list goes on.

It's clear, to all of us, that you are entirely unwilling to be a team player, and would rather be a problem, than change that.
