Your appeal statement: Well, I have been VPN banned again. Camping at a dark sky site and using Starlink but NOT using VPN. I tried to take it up with BF4DB but..... can not register for their site due to them thinking I am using a VPN. Is there some kind or work around? Anybody? Researching on my own, the problem seems to be Starlink uses a group IP for many users and somehow that mimicks a VPN?? Any ideas out there are apprecitated.

Good for you! I too was able to use Starlink with no problems until just recently. I read that since Starlink uses a group IP for a large group that if someone in that group was banned that the IP is banned. Guilt by association I guess. Hopefully I will find a solution.

Try joining via Battlelog to see the exact reason for your kick (it is a kick, not a ban). I don't see anything blocking you for VPN usage, but Battlelog should clarify that for you either way.

As for BF4DB, if that is what's kicking you for VPN, you will need to join their Discord and open a "VPN Ticket", somewhere over there.
