Or ban him and instantly remove a toxic person from your server and have legit players stay.
There is no downside to this, only up. You have multiple reports of the same person abusing the same thing. Do something about it or you will lose legit players, its that simple.

Or you could do it the fun way and just blacklist them from using any commands, especially the votekick and voteban ones.

Can you please explain how @ 0:30 of this video you were able to kill the gunner with the TOW and NOT score a Mobility Hit, disable the chopper or kill the pilot as well? Curious....

I can step in and answer that. Strangely enough, the cockpit glass does not block missiles (such as TOWs), so if you're lucky (or unlucky, if you're on the receiving end). As it is on the ground, infantry just eats the TOW and dies. I've done it to both choppers, and even a few jets. It won't explode or anything that way either. Blame DICE for the weirdness.

I never see a fellow laver as competition. It's an opportunity for me to learn from their gameplay style and inject those new skills into mine.
