This is under review by BF4DB.... Apparently this could very well be a spec bug...If they deem it clean and a bug..the ban will be lifted.

After several attempts this morning of trying to replicate this "Spec Glitch" I was unable to do so. Below is an example from this morning. Health drops to 20 and does not instantly start regenerating like it did twice on yours. Appeal denied.
