I stand in support of Pinkopanter. Like jsimpson32 stated Pinko has a clear record on Punk Buster. I have spectated Pinko on several occasions and have came to the conclusion he is an excellent player. He has a great ability to use cover and play angles that many of us don't have. Any one that has played the game long enough knows that there is a lot of funny crap that can happen so I don't believe vidio is a very reliable reason to permaban someone. Now can I swear that Pinko wasn't using an aid of some kind ? Hell no ! Anymore than someone can say he is. Now he has been discovered as a questionable player let him back and see what happens. Jsimpson told me he has installed a new filter to catch cheats and already it has picked some up some. I would be more inclined to believe the filters than word of mouth. I am sure I am going to piss some of my clan members posting this but I enjoy playing with Pinko and also against him. Thank you community for letting me state my opinion. 5scar-STRYKER.
Agreed, i might suggest a vote for pink and Sam to see if people want the ban removed. Majority wins
I got an E-Mail alert that Redkilla is going to put it to the members to vote on Pinkopanter's ban. I would like to provide more information on the subject before this happens. Yesterday (1/1/18) Akula and Gemsle took one of the shots in question to see if it was possible to make the shot. Their finding was that it was possible but would not be a head shot. Now I see a lot of names of people that I play this and other servers with so I know you have been around for a while and have a good understanding of the game. I fully admit to being a tank whore because I am for shit on the ground but I know a little about head shots. At times I will kill a troop I know was splash damage and I get credit for a head shot. It is a game and a lot of funny things show up, just keep that in mind when you cast your vote. And Redkilla please don't put Pinko and SAMS300FOXS on the same ballot. It is a feature I found on your web page. i get an E-Mail if there is any action on something I posted. Neat little feature really. Red don't get excited I don't have the hots for you either...........lmao.
I'll add to this and say that aside from this there is no doubt to me that Pinko is running an ESP hack combined with aimbot and a Macro (whether or not macros are allowed is up the the admins and server owner, NOT the players) as he is three shot killing everyone with the Mtar21 and NEVER missing. We tested this as well. Mtar21 can only go singe shot semi or full auto. These guys never change. In the end they all they have to hold on to is; I'm better than you. You suck, and insults. Sam seems to have gone the same route.

He never replied to my post detailing my incident with him in the other post that was circulating. He never responded to how he sniped me out of my tank other than saying he c4'd my tank. The tank did not sustain any damage and my gunner was still alive. HE IS A HACKER!
McDeath08 I don't want to get into a shitting match with you about whether Pinko is a hack or not, but I did see you were vote banned yourself but here you are. So someone said lets give this guy another chance. I am just saying Pinko deserves the same treatment that you got. If Pinko is reinstated he knows all eyes will be on him and if he is using hacks he will be caught. I am an average player and I have seen a lot of shit in the game that I have to ask how the hell did that happen ? Shots through walls and rocks that you know can't be made but are. As for you bringing up the tank incident. The other day I was main gun and ADIOS was my gunner. We were at Charlie Flag on Golmud and I got out to repair. The next thing I know I was floating above the tank. ADIOS said it still showed me in the main seat while I was floating above the tank. I could move around the tank and see every angle and even watched a guy kill it with a repair tool. BTW I was killed in the blast when the tank blew up. Can someone explain this out side of being a game glitch? Enough said in defense of Pinko. Where do I vote Redkilla?
Like the many of the people vote banned in this server (almost daily)...I was vote banned due to pussy heli pilots crying because they are owned by an AA...not for hacking. I was a senior admin for a number of years beginning with Z-Gaming back when BF 2142 was "The Game". At one time we ran around 10 servers with five in the top 10. The clan imploded and I was then a senior admin for Fallen Ashes. I was later an admin at Violent Industries for about a year and a half when Big Ernie was there. Rarely, in all those years, did I ban people for hacks since there are so many good players and proof is often difficult. My hackusation has nothing to do with me getting owned by this douche bag. My summary of the occurance can only happen with a hack. My only goal is to play in a clean server.
With All due respect to Stryker, him and I have discussed this. Stryker was not sure how the bans work with regards to hacking as he has never adminned before. I explained that anyone in the server can voteban a player which lasts only one hour but when it comes to reporting hackers and the admins actually taking action using various admins tools like Procon/Rcon, the bans last until they are lifted. I also explained that with hackers there are usually NO second chances. Server owners and admins have no patience for these idiots because they become a babysitting nightmare and complaints just keep coming. If you check with almost every server out there, there is no such thing as a first offense/warning etc when it comes to hacking. The warning is in the chat box and in the server info page when you join. So in these two cases we have 2 known hackers pleading their case with nothing more than; "I'm better than you. You suck and check out my amazing videos where I go 24-0 before getting kicked." I mean like I *might* be able to do that in the AA but seldom do. Put me in another vehicle or on the ground and it's like night and day. These guys can come into a server midway through the round and get those kind of kill streaks whether they are in a vehicle or on foot. To those that have adminned before and know what to look for it's obvious they are using cheats. Stryker has a good heart and because he is in a tank 99.9% of the time so he is not really on the receiving end of Pinkos *stellar* abilities but many of the R6V guys have and know a lot of his skills are BS. That is what prompted me to report him to AARP.
In my 13 years of playing and adminning Battlefield 2, 3 and 4 I have yet to meet a hacker that has gone back to fully legit. Quite the opposite. On many occasions I have witnessed hackers given a second chance by admins which has led to arguments, divisions in the clan and members leaving out of frustration and anger along with regular pubbers moving onto other servers. VI is a prime example of this. The server was well known for harboring hackers and was well populated 24/7. People would report and complain about the hackers in the VI forums and get replies like "You don't know game mechanics" and basically brush them off. It led to many regular pubbers leaving for other servers and populating them meanwhile VI thrived as a hacker server and would often go full tilt even at 3 in the morning but go in there at that time and all you'd see is foreign players with "AMAZING SKILLZ". A few years later we learned that many of the admins were themselves hacking and are now either out of the clan or just don't hang around anymore. Today VI is a better server but is not always as full as it used to be which is a testament in itself to the damage that hackers can impose when you let them run rampant.
AARP is a great clan with a a well run server. Don't want to see that happen here.
