Wow, I would love to see that. However, I've seeing so many strange thing in this game, so I am not surprised.
I am here. I guess the only people against me are you guys, RedKilla, McDeath08 and the noob Akula. And no matter what I say or, any other players say in my defense, will make difference. Looks like AARP dominance on the battlefield does not wont to be disturbed, as my presence did.
Well I thought I could let this go but WRONG. To answer your question Simpson, Pinko wants reinstated on your server as he has many friends here,myself included. AKULA and Gemslee took one of the questionable shots Pinko made and proved to themselves that the shot could be made but it was impossible to register as a head shot. I am a tank whore because I am pitiful as a grunt and I can tell you I have made many shots with a tank cannon on the tank that in no way could have been a head shot but it still registers as one. McDeath as for your claim Pinko killed you in a tank with a sniper rifle. I want to relate a story, I got jet rammed while in my tank and died. The tank was pushed but was far from destroyed and my gunner survived the crash. I know a lot of you have played the game since it came out as myself and must have seen a lot of freaky stuff like spawning under the map (happened to me in spawn a couple of weeks ago and when I popped up it rolled over a tank in spawn). Ever been inside a bolder ? I sure if you are a player you have been caught in one at least once. Another fun fact of the game is I was tanker and on the West Side of Charlie Flag and got out to repair my tank. All of a sudden I was floating above the tank. I could move around and see different angles of it. I even watched a guy destroy it with a repair tool and couldn't do anything about it. Sorry I am making this more about me than Pinko but I am just trying to lay ground work from my experiences playing the game. With this all said I am appealing in the forum to the two Reds and Simpson to personally made the decision on Pinko rather than a community vote and every one that has been owned by Pinko making the decision. Face it people there are lame players good players and a class of their own. There are pro players that would own us all without much effort on their part, Real good players exist and I believe Pinko is nothing more than a great player. Like I said before I am not going to boycott the server over this because I enjoy the people on the server and it is run very well. Besides how would you all get easy kills ? Well this rant has come to an end. I would like to see Pinko given another chance, but it is what it is. And in conclusion I would like to ask that people wouldn't pick on my best friend Beckler...........LMFAO. STRYKER.

Oh god Beckler is such a WHINER though. He complains constantly, and accuses everyone who kills him of hacking. It's amusing but dear god he never shuts up.
As for Pinko... A pain in the ass? Yes. A Cheater? No.

Stryker that's not true.... We tested it and it came up clean so moving forward we looked at many other suspicious kills. Then there's the complaints from other players. Stryker you are in a tank 90% of the time and I am in the AA 80%. I DO get out and play jet, infantry and ground pound where as you rarely do and for good reason, you're good in the tank. Be that as it is, you're rarely on the receiving end of his kills so really how could you know if he's cheating or not?
Furthermore, Gemslee, Bullet and I have adminned and we've played against him many times... We know what cheating is and isn't. We look at videos and stats and know what to look for and how to interpret them, you don't so for you to say that he is legit and just a good player is inaccurate. Pinko is just another cheater who can't handle legit play as was proven the night he tried and went into a negative K/D, got so pissed because we were calling him out and then turned them on again. He cheats, always has and always will. He doesn't want back into this server to "play with friends", he wants back in because AARP is the top server in NA and well populated. Furthermore, if he's let back in then guess who else will have the same expectations.

Having discussed with the other founders we reconsidered. While there is some interesting feedback from the community, the videos are not air tight conclusive. They might be are subject to interpretation, like most videos. Most people see different things. So since your PB Bans, and other records are clean we are willing to put this to community vote. Majority wins.
Pinko, when I read your comments, it shows what kind of a person is on the keyboard. Very telling... To me it’s a win/win. It you get voted out I will not miss you on the server, win an I’ll get to kill you some more.

He remembers to reload after every shot and always plays position of tricky angles to kill from. As for stats remember AKULA you and Gemslee were reminded in team Speak to take your stat findings to another room to discuss because the two of you were pissing other users off. As for stats is is a big pile of shit. Of course any real good player is going to show out of the norm, that's what makes them good players. I see on AARP Server fair play catching hackers all of the time, but as far as I know Pinko has never been banned by fair play or any other of the five layers of cheat protection on the server. As for the vote I asked the founders to make the final decision on the matter rather than again letting the people Pinko owns make the decision, and I hope that with prevail. Well you don’t think I’m pissed? These people are trolls, they’re disrespectful and they cheat. They respect you because you welcome everyone and I envy that type of good nature but I’m a realist and all I see is: In the AA I don’t notice it but as soon as I’m on the ground trying to cap flags it’s obvious. You’ve seen me play on the ground many times and often it’s because I get sick of the AA and try to change it up then out of frustration for the person driving the AA I’ll get back in it to help. Yeah my play style is mostly AA but I’m out of it a lot more than I used to be so I see first and experience first hand what the guys in TS see.
I’ve been doing this for 14 years so yeah the numbers tend to reveal stuff about a player and yes I know it’s not conclusive but it warrants further scrutiny. The five layers of cheat protection don’t make a server air tight against hacking. Like I’ve said before it’s better than nothing but cheats come out very quickly to counter this type of protection and yes usually within 24 hours. I’m sorry you are mad but so was I.
