Ban Appeal - Second Chance Request

If you have been caught by PBBANS on our server, there is no second chance.

You and I have being long enough playing this game to experience the same weird kills from all crazy angles. My point is, the footage provided, with only one weird kill is not a proof I cheat. I have being spectated from lot of experienced and new players, and they will confirm, i am clean. I posted my videos and, if you watch them, you can see I am clean. The style and way I play, helps me dominate other players. The numbers at the end of round speak for themselves.

I do not recall being vote banned or vote kicked on your server. I am sure, I contributed a lot on this server, to bring friends and make the game more fun, more even, exciting and competitive.
I would appreciate if, your final decision will be based on your personal view, expertise and experience, and not some delusional lunatic.

I don't know for a fact 100% proof positive that you cheat. And as I have said many times before, recording yourself doesn't prove anything. If you were in fact cheating, I doubt you are stupid enough to run them when you are recording yourself to present as evidence. Right? All I remember were the flood of complaints about you. And it wasn't from just 1 person. We will discuss internally. That's all I can say for now. But can I ask why you want on our server so badly?

I remember yellng to my gunner "pinkopanter is a fucking hacker", and for the record, I only banned two players for hacking in my 10 years of adminning. You sir are FOS.

I never killed you with sniper while in tank. If you show me a proof, i can believe you think so. I occasionally shoot at a tank with anything i have, to bring the attention to me, while my friends are RPG or C4 the tank. Thats all.

There can be some latency issues, which may of brought about this strange death. I've had it happen once or twice, where I'll hop in the tank, but then the game decided that I wasn't really in the tank when the bullet hit.

I also have a lot of headshots. More than 50% of killed people on my fav rifle were headshots.

And thats the way sniper can kill a tank. Killcam will show that you were killed by sniper rifle. A lot of players don't know that. Also if you shoot c4 or a mine - it shows "killed by sniper rifle"

I guess you never read the other posts nor did you comprehend that the tank was undamaged and my gunner was still alive. Do I need to translate to what ever language you speak?

I said he never uses cause he never does. In general. He is mostly eng. Thats what I see every time I play with him.
First rifle that I see in his Battlelog is 9th. Not fourth. And it has only 2000 kills.
