Attack Heli Class Glitch/Cheat?

I've been getting killed by attack helis that show fire extinguisher equiped, but the ECM smoke is activated. Same with heatseakers equiped, but TOW missile is being fired (not the TVMissile, I've seen two missiles launched and destroy armor).
Is this a class glitch or some sort of cheat that is not known?

You do realise there are usually 2 people with different loadouts in an attack heli, right?

I have no problem with that but you need to know when to use it or timing

I can confirm as some one who frequently guns in the viper, a good 2 man crew will have different load outs and after some time, learning each others abilities and style you can hot swap positions in the attack chopper mid air using seat swap binded keys and turning the viper to its side where you basically fall into the other persons seat to then utilize extinguisher and then ecm or ecm and then extinguisher... and of course having tow equiped on one and heatseakers for the other person.
