AARP Server #2 Future

Okay,

Let me summary!


Decision:
There are a group of folks that would like to test another 1-3 months:

***So lets run another 1-3 months***

Pay:
I'll front another 80 bucks, but if some would like to offset the cost or "sponsor" as in Carp's case then I would happily accept donations. The cost is about 80 bucks a month, unless we buy 3 months then we can get 10 percent off. Carp if you sponsor I'll add you name to the server loading screen and spam! lol


Maps:
Right now we are using 4 base map that have a good vehicle mixed. That way it satisfies the most people. Once we add a DLC to rotation that will exclude those who don't have them installed. I'm all in favor of adding DLC maps but I recommend waiting until we can get a regular community. Right now its already particular hard to seed, start and sustain a population.

So if we get a more sustainable population let's have a vote on maps?

-please add zavod and silk road
-or just add all maps and let random?

Donation made for a total of $220.00. I could not donate more than $100.00 at a time for some reason so I made three donations. 3 Months of rent for the server.

You're awesome Carp!!!

I think at this point we should do another push for a AARP only match. He graciously donated to pay for 3 months of the second server and he wants this match so lets make it happen.
 
Had one of the best times in a long time this afternoon playing with Critwalker, B1unt and the guys on the Zavod map. It made me feel young again. Before I knew it about an hour had passed. This is the beginning of something special!

That's what its all about!!!!
 
It started in the last 10 minutes - so bad I had to call it a night.
It's also the prime maintenance window for most DC's so that could easily be part of it.
 
I played a round or 2 last night with a 24 ping and no lag. I am really enjoying the different maps.

I wish I could buy you guys a couple of cold ones!!
 
Can we improve on the 100 second vehicle delay?
