Pizza night at casa Del Lowcountry tonight!
1st one was bbq sauce base with garlic, grilled chicken, sautéed onions and jalapeños.
2nd one was spicy marinara base with garlic, ham, bacon, sausage, pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeños. Trying to use the pizza oven more often in 2023.

That looks damn good for homemade pizza! Do you make the dough yourself? The local Publix sells pizza dough fresh in the deli section and I have had good luck with that.(after a few fuck ups)

Thanks! Yes, we do make our own dough. Takes about 3 hours from start to fully proofed and ready to shape.

I buy my dough from a local bakery that makes it with with sourdough starter. I've never been able to make anything nearly as good from scratch.
