Damn sir! Looking lean there! What is the weekly workout routine?
Hey, I have a coach that programs all of my workouts specifically for the Highland Games. I do a lot of squats, deadlift, and chest pressing. I also do power exercises like box jumps and sled drags. I'm feeling pretty chubby at 6'4" 264 pounds. I'm usually 240 when not competing.
