Reason for ban : Hackusation without film
My appeal: I have over 37k kills in helis on my main account, LastedHyperion that has 15k+ hours played.. I made a smurf account being zunipro to go through the ranks again and try to get better stats this time around. On lasted i have 2.0 kdr and on zunipro nearly 8.0. My tactic is simple, with scout/AH rack up kills, never go past objective C, fly low and away when ECM is used and wait for it to replenish, rinse and repeat. It isn't my fault that the enemy AA was bad at using passives or wasn't using them at all. I was dying to smaw/TOW missiles just fine. These are hackusations without proof. The only evidence I was given is that I'm low level and "unrealistic" stats. I've played your server many times before so I know this strategy with helis isn't unheard of, it's what T4CHIk0m4 does as well and I know this because it's annoying to try to kill him, you basically enter enemy territory and die to AA. I'm trying my hardest not to die in game, on my other main acc I really don't care and take more risks. I'm try harding, that's why I have good stats. I have no problem with recording my game play with a hand cam as well to show I'm legit, this ban is unjust.

Well hello there TungUranus !!! Why didn't you just log in under that account. Your other account was not banned for hackusations, it was banned because you are a dickhead. You circumvented the ban by using your other account. Not gonna fly

Kinda hard to get higher kdr on lastedhyperion and my other alt "tunguranus" when i have over 61k kills and a ton of deaths. You guys never had a problem with me "hacking" then and I didn't change up my gameplay except for not taking risks.

edit: I know I was banned for being toxic. I haven't displayed that behavior since then. I'm reformed like T1 lol. Anyways if that's the reason then that's fair enough. I just don't want to go down being called a hacker. If anything I'll pay to be unbanned on tung or whatever and be a monthly donor. You can even keep me perm muted. I secretly love you guys and the server, I would get heated bc I'm passionate about the game. Wiz_of_wuz was always toxic to me and called me a faggot from the first day I killed him with passives and kind of set the tone for my attitude henceforth. I didn't initiate the "toxicity" with him, I can't say the same about other players. I am sorry for that, truly. I know this isn't really the way to go about it but if I had a chance you wouldn't see me being a dick in chat anymore.

I suspect the higher ups are just getting tired of pros coming in and tearing up the server with these high K/Ds. I know I have. Have you been playing as infantry also?

That's fair. Welp I guess all I can say here now is sorry for smurfing when I was banned for being a toxic g4m3r. Thanks for the good times at least, I had fun while it lasted and feel bad for ruining others' fun. Off to another server, cya dudes.
