Appeal Approved Yesterday got banned in the AA

Regulars on RC1 know that i dont play AA unless they actually need my help taking down pesky jets, i only fly jets, attack chopper, tank or some UCAV.

So, this player AlfaRomeoCA that plays once in a blue moon and he only does AA, started trolling me with the transport chopper because he couldnt take the AA so i took the AA in spawn under a tower so he cannot push me anymore. It was one of those rounds where the enemy team took over most of the map and were pushing hard. ChangoFeo who hates me because he has no skills and gets mad when i kill him got in spectator mode and bent the truth so i can get banned. (chango get a life btw)
Now if you want proof of what kind of player i am ask WhiteFish, Dan, Murtada, Predator, 6Kings, rott, Dodgeviper, Skepher, etc etc.

Leon... You have been rather openly breaking the rules for MONTHS now. I shouldn't have to keep coming in and kicking you for attacking the uncap. You keep saying "Okay, I understand", but it doesn't change anything. We shouldn't need to babysit your behavior. You even applied to the clan at one point and made no effort to improve your behavior to something that would suit a member of our community.

The particular situation which you think you were banned for is only a very small part of the reason. Just because someone with tags isn't around, doesn't give you permission to breach the !rules, bud. Just because you behave when Red and J are around, doesn't mean the rest of us don't pay attention to your true intentions.

Leon, why would you think that I don't like you? I don't know you and have no problem with your game play. As a team member I feel it's my obligation to keep an eye on the server when the admins aren't around. I will go into spectator mode when there appears to be an issue and will bring it to the admins attention via the reporting system or discord if it's an issue. I am not an admin and only report what I see. I don't bend the truth and only call them as I see them. There are only three rules and one of them is the AA needs to engage ABC and not camp the hillside or the area of the spawn. If you haven't noticed it is a big issue on this server.

A part of the reason how it all started was you coming with your tank in our base and killing me twice while i was in the AA, then the attack chopper pushed too, so yeah, i was east of A when i started being trolled. Imediately when the troller reported me you went in spectator mode and reported then told Red.

So you’re saying I entered the enemy spawn with my tank? Sorry my friend.... that’s fake news. If by chance you were shooting from your base or retreated to your base in the AA you become fair game.

Yes, thats exactly what im saying, you came with your tank 20m from our actual spawn and you killed me then obviously you got killed... twice. so if you deny that your a liar too.
Tanks go take/defend flags, they dont go looking for the AA in the spawn, dont worry i will record you doing it, its not the first time ive seen you doing this.

We can ask Murtada, he was there by me and saw you doing it, will you call both of us liars? Like i said, you're a manipulator and liar.

Nobody is perfect Karek, sometimes we make mistakes, i dont base rape unless they did it to me too, and all others make mistakes but at least to accept it not lie about it.
