Dan, I got my first email address from Bellsouth. Then AT&T bought Bellsouth. Then Yahoo took it over. So my mail on my iPhone and Desktop goes through Yahoo. Now I can get on Yahoo to check my mail
I did a Google on Yahoo Mail Account problems and I see they are experinanceing problems. Maybe I can get online tomorrow. And maybe I need to switch over to my Gmail mail account. I get a lot of mail from different web sites and just a few from family.

I am getting a Care Code 201 [LU100].
Was down at the ATT store to get help and they could not get in either. I've tried changing my password with getting a new password via my phone. That seems to work OK as after I do that Yahoo says I am finished, but when I select my Yahoo account it fails the login screen.
I just wonder if it has to do with my old bellsouth email address.
I havent had an issue with my yahoo emails.
Have you tried logging in through a different source like your phone? I've had issues on occasion when my browser updated and decided to block some specific scripts.

Yep. That why I went to the ATT store where they have phone techs. I could not get mail on my phone because it was coming through Yahoo mail service. It just stopped dead yesterday about noon.
Ok, finally got my Yahoo mail account resolved on my desktop and my iPad. But not on my iPhone. The ATT store rep said it was due to me having to go through the Yahoo web site to login and I need IOS 13 and my op system on my iPhone is on 12.5.9. They said I need a new phone.
Gmail works just fine so getting all my important web sites switched over to my gmail account.

I still have my old iphone 6 for work and it can only be updated to a variant of ios 12.
I have iPhone 6. It's odd that my iPad which has IOS 12.5.5 had no problem getting back online. Only differience was on the iPad I had to delete the old Yahoo email account, then reinstall it. My iPhone does not have the old Yahoo email address in its accounts and password window. Trying to install the email address only gave me the window "Something went wrong" report.
Have you tried the solutions on this page yet?

That is a no go. All the Yahoo apps need IOS 13 or higher. I got IOS 12. Thanks anyway.
