Windows 10 update pain in the ass during BF4 playtime

Was complaining to my squad mates that I was having some computer issues yesterday. Frame rate was down and game play seemed very much off.

Seems Windows 10 has been updating files while I was playing. Hate that. Also the 'Antimalware Service Executable' is taking up some CPU time while I play. Is there anyway to stop the Antimalware stuff from looking at BF4?

Doesn't seem to effect my mortaring which is good.

You can whitelist files I think, maybe try adding the BF4 folder to that list so it doesn’t look at it ??‍

Thanks, Dan the Man! I've changed it in Settings. Now to reboot and play game to see if that works.

What about setting BF4 to a high process priority over the antimalware?

D-Day, I'm gonna live with what I got. My FPS not being degraded all that much. I will however save my operating system to another SSD that I have sitting around. Then will put in my other MoBo that is same as thims one and try that faster CPU in it. That will max outs this computer then.
