Hi, I just wanted to appeal a kick that occurred against me yesterday. Reason being my ping wasn't visible. I've been playing this game for over a year, and no matter what I've done I can't get my ping to register. I've tried doing everything possible with the game settings and my firewall. You can check my stats, I not a cheater/hacker or anything, I just want to be able to have fun on your server.

Ill let the techies here respond that may be able to help you with your ping.

You need to make sure ICMP is not blocked by your firewall or anything. If you've already checked all that and it's fine, then you need to contact your ISP. If you are on a public network, like a University, then there may not be anything that can be done to fix the issue.
